At A2Z Furniture, we want you to love your new home setup, which is why we offer a straightforward return process for items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and assembled furniture are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts included.
- 3.Arrange Transportation
Schedule a drop-off at our warehouse or request a professional pickup service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
