Yes. It is compressed, rolled and boxed, which makes it easy to fit in a vehicle and carry through the home before you unroll it.

How long before I can sleep on it?

Once unboxed it starts expanding straight away and is generally ready to sleep on within a few hours. Like most rolled mattresses, it can keep settling over the following days.

How firm is the Posture Delight, and who is it for?

It sits at the firmer end of medium — around 7 on a 1 to 10 scale — supportive underneath with a cushioned top. Do the springs help with partner disturbance?

What kind of base should I use?

Do I need to flip it?

No. The Posture Delight is single-sided, with the comfort layers on top, so it is not designed to be flipped. Rotate it head-to-foot every few months to help it wear evenly.
